Nearly Dead Leather is a UK-based company specialising in handmade leather goods.

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and use of our products.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on our website.

Orders

All of our products are handmade to order, unless otherwise specified.

Standard production times are between 3 to 12 weeks from the date of payment.

If we have an item in stock, it will be dispatched immediately once payment is received.

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (such as delivery address and contact information) are accurate.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of order.

We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.

Orders will not begin production until payment has been received in full.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once a payment has been made, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

This includes cancellations, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with lead times.

As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

This does not affect your statutory rights in cases where a product is faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within the UK via DPD Tracked Delivery.

Shipping is charged at £5.95 per order and applied at checkout.

Once an item is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

We are not responsible for courier delays or issues outside of our control.

As leather is a natural material, variations in colour, texture, and markings are to be expected and celebrated. These are not considered defects.
