  • Nearly Dead Leather is a UK-based company specialising in handmade leather goods.

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and use of our products.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on our website.

Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once a payment has been made, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

  • This includes cancellations, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with lead times.

  • As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights in cases where a product is faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • All orders are shipped within the UK via DPD Tracked Delivery.

  • Shipping is charged at £5.95 per order and applied at checkout.

Liability

  • We make every effort to ensure the quality of our handmade goods.

  • As leather is a natural material, variations in colour, texture, and markings are to be expected and celebrated. These are not considered defects.

  • We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
