We hand craft all products using premium leather from Britain’s last remaining oak bark tannery, along with other UK-based sourced materials. Each piece is made with a focus on quality and durability. 

 

2. Are your items made to order?

Yes, most of our items are crafted to order, meaning when you place an order we begin working on it. This ensures you get a unique piece with care and attention.

 

3. How long will my order take?

Because each item is handmade as it comes in, production times can vary depending on the piece and current workload. Typically, you’ll receive an approximate completion/shipping date when you order. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us in advance.

 

4. Do you offer customisation or personalisation?

Absolutely. We love creating bespoke pieces whether that’s a specific dimension, style or unique finish. Please reach out with your ideas and we’ll be glad to discuss what’s possible.

 

5. Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We are based in the UK (Leicestershire) and ship to the UK. If you’re located elsewhere and would like to place an international order, please contact us to check availability and shipping options.

 

6. What about shipping costs and returns?

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Because each item is handmade and often customised, our returns policy is specific. If you have any issues with your item, please contact us so we can resolve things together.

 

7. How should I care for my leather item?

*Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight and extreme heat.

*Use a suitable leather conditioner occasionally to maintain suppleness.

*Minor scuffs or marks often add to the character of the piece, that’s part of the charm of genuine leather.

For major damage, please contact us and we may be able to assist with repairs.

Yes! One of the joys of handmade leather goods is how they evolve. Your item will develop unique patina and character as you use it — that’s part of the craftsmanship story.
